The ice helped my knees alot....my back not so much but I was at least able to get some relief. I will call the dr and see what they suggest. I didnt sleep well but better than I have been sleeping. I still feel tired but not nearly as bad as I have been feeling.
Today they dont feel as bad as yesterday but we will see as the day goes by. So glad you mentioned doing the ice it helped me so much. Thank you
