I always thought it was gallbladder attack. But with Mestinon I get it and it might be due to your having a problem with your thymus gland (hyperplasia or infiltration into lungs, heart or liver) Mestinon also increases mucus and you may have a slight lung area causing problem.

Get your thymus evaluated for hyperplasia or infiltration by chest scan.
