No doubt about it, daily, vigorous exercise to get your heart rate up to 60-70% of your 'OWN ZONE" is critical. Exercise is medicine. It requires a life style change and commitment. It makes you both physically and mentally healthier, increases your energy level thus makes you more productive, slows down disease progression and can alleviate some common symptoms. At least it does for me.
