I just got back from Michigan and I LOVED it.
It took down the swelling and throbbing 80% until I started using my hand and arm.
Here in California when it gets up to the 70 and beyond I swell and throb like no ending.
I'm on ice and cannot to much but drive around on ice and have the aircondiytioning blowing on me.

Strange...
Gotta ask the docs why I swell, pain and throbbing sets in more so when others like the heat
