The world in general can be a scarry place. reach out as you are doing. There is still alot of good people who really do care. We just don't hear on the TV some of the good stuff. Its often just a few minutes at the end of news show if that. We need a good news station, to keep re-affiriming our humanity. There are good souls in this site to help with the worry. Be good to yourself, even when things look bleak.
