i took 5 billion naproxen and iced which helped a lot or else i have a feeling id be in bed.

i really feel like the swelling starts "back there" rhomboids, traps etc, then creeps around to my chest area, if that makes sense. i could get my dad to help with my back trps but hes kinda..impatient. grrr at least i go back to chiro on tues.

like if i got a cortisone shot, that would just be putting off dealing with my problem? im assuming. its so tempting bc of this damn inflammation.
