of course you can use alcohol....but the problem is cleaning under the keys.....if it's a separate keyboard (not a laptop)...then you can probably unplug from your pcf, clean around top of keys with a soft rag or sponge...soaked in alcohol.......thendump some alcohol under the keys and then use a high-pressure air source to blow-out most of the alcohol from under the keys....the let it sit for 1 day to air out.....then plug in and see if it's okay....but you have go to be realistic....cleaning under the keys is a pain! Buy a new keyboard for 10 bucks if you can....get an extra one to have just in case....okay? Good Luck! Phil Espinoza
