Hi ~ I'm clinically depressed. I've been depressed since I was a child but of course I didn't know it then. Looking back now, I can see where I was.

I take anti-depressants - there have been times I've had to change what I was taking because it quit working for me. But that's not unusual.

Right now I'm taking Cymbalta twice a day and i have NO side effects.

Why NOT get on an antidepressant?? I'm SURE there are some that you won't have side effects from. And the help it gives you is worth it !! If it doesn't take care of some of your symptoms, i.e. tingling, well you're not any worse off than you are now - and at least you won't be so depressed.

Please ask your doc about getting on one. Life doesn't have to be so miserable. You'd be doing yourself a big favor. God bless you and take care. Big hugs, Lee
