I write and draw (on the computer), which are the only antidepressants I can take.

I stay the heck away from all stress, including the news. Anything creative gets me feeling good. I wish I had time or energy to devote to volunteering again but it's simply not possible anymore.
How do you cook/bake with MG? I used to but it's so hard now and I'm very limited due to celiac disease and no dairy.
