D2 is not a natural supplement for your body. You can ignore that.
2000IU or your 2500 IU daily to start with the D3 would be a good idea.
The B12 IS low very low. 5mg B12 on an empty stomach daily and retest in 3 months.
Fish oil is a good idea. Or eating Salmon once or twice a week.
I can't say this will help with TOS... that can be a complex problem. Vascular, nerve, or tissue compression. Other factors may be present for that situation.
