If this were my grand daughter, I don't think I would try to guess. No matter what it is, from stress, to something physical, I would want her to be seen by her doctor. Kids don't lie as a rule, and something is really waking her up at night. That alone wouldn't be good for her. Tell your doctor all of it, and keep a journal of symptoms of when and where they occur.
