Oh, I know how you feel! It has happened to me at home and out in public - once - just likeaarcyn's experience.
Now I never leave home until I am absolutely SURE I am completely done for the day.
I take Fiber choice and it has helped me immensely...but there are still those days when in a flare that it can still catch me off guard.
I now take along extra panties and disposable wash cloths and a pair of pants rolled up.
I also use pads - just in case...
So embarrassing...but, like aarcyn, all you can do is laugh...and RUN!!!
