Having recovered almost completely from Bilateral TOS, I can definitely tell you less does more. My main suggestion is relaxation! Try the hot tub, a warm shower over the back of your neck and deep breaths as you are doing it.
NEVER EVER EVER LIFT ANYTHING OVER EIGHT POUNDS!
IF IT HURTS STOP DOING IT IMMEDIATELY!
TALKING ON THE PHONE (holding it up to my ear) EVEN STARTS THINGS HURTING.
I don't care what most docs say, they don't know TOS. Less is more.
