My wrists bothered me when I had tight/spasmed muscles in my upper body.
Even my forearms were in some spasms and all that tension was causing a pulling on my wrist joints, reducing the tension above the wrist stopped the pain. I also had triggerpoints & referred pain/symptoms that played a part in it all too.
