Well, not 100% but somewhat! Last week I was in the Florida keys for a week visit. The first couple of days were pretty rough, really bad cramping in my feet and affected side, but after a really good massage the rest of the week was lovely, even with a lot of driving, walking and the usual vacation stressors. I still had my symptoms but they didn't bother me as much. Normally we are at 4500 ft (northern AZ) and last week at sea level..I am wondering if that would have anything to do with feeling so much better? Anyone else notice an improvement in symptoms if they go to sea level?
