well my lats, teres minor..all of those are inflamed so that makes sense. it feels CTS-ish

i emailed an rsi specialist and she gave me this advice and i haven't been paying attn to REACHING type mvments. i walk dogs and my sx get worse, so it makes sense

"
Sounds like your symptoms are due to neural tension. Weight lifting at this time would aggravate symptoms. You need to focus on reducing nerve tension and irritation first. Avoid reaching or end range positions with the arms. The nerves need to be released along their pathways, not just in one area. Joint mobilization to the mid back area also help most times. When the nerves calm down, you can start "sliding" exercises. Hope this helps- I know the advice is somewhat general, but without examining you it is difficult to be specific."

sry for lazy typing skills
