That's not right, and so short sighted, as they may lose a customer/future business over a piddling shipping charge. Some "discount" outlets try to justify it by saying their prices are so low, yadda, yadda... But bad product is bad product. General business practice is, if a customer chooses to return an item because they changed their mind, or some other reason that's their
choice, shipping usually isn't refunded (depending on company, size of order, etc. Some will anyway.) But for defective product? It sounds to me like they're essentially saying they're not taking responsibility.
More than the krill oil stinks.
