In the cold weather its on 68 during the day and 65 at night. I rarely bump it up, but when I do I use the 2 hour window my electronic thermostat gives me. I bump it by one or two degrees, and it will stay that way for 2 hours, and go back to its normal setting.

In the summertime I leave the windows open as long as I can, until it reaches about 75. At that point I turn on the AC till the house is about 70.

I have a range of about 65 to 73 that is survivable for me. go past it in either direction and I get all full of sx and spastic, and cog fog and visual stuff.
