Prior to starting Mestinon I had "jumping or twitching" muscles all the time. Since starting the med the jumping and twitching have been greatly reduced. I still experience them quite a bit if I get very tired or overdue it. I also noticed they increase when I'm due for a dose of Mestinon. Some people also have the same reaction from to strong a dose of Mestinon.
