There are some diseases such as diabietes or paraneoplastic cancers or celiac where if you dont take care of the underlying cause of course you will get worse. But for no know cause its really impossible to know. Just do what you can to provide a healthy environment for your body to get better through supplements, eating well, exercizing and reducing stress when you can.
