In the beginning my MS was 'very' active for a 4 year period and I had 2 very small lesions. I progressed quickly...

Now, I've been attack free since 1996. I gained back lost ground. Now, I have lesions too numerous to count!

My experience is to say don't worry about it. There is one exception; my optic nerve would concern 'me'.
