i still want to know of the results of the echo.
but anyways, ya magnesium can help, but it can only do so much if you happen to have actual heart problems. i prefer the IV magnesium chloride. cause it seems that some people have troublig taking the supplements and absorbing them.
ive had these types of spasms as well. although not at night. i think it can also be related to maybe your mattress or maybe if you sleep with too many pillows, maybe your neck muscles are out of whack, creating a domino of whackness down to your chest where you can have it.
