everyone makes a good point.
i would say it's worrisome at this point.
did you have an abnormal neuro exam? then i might push for more answers.

it doesn't sound like you have any active lesions and 1 or 2 isn't a lot.

i'd just lay low. go about your life but be mentally watchful of any sx's (symptoms). if you have sx's keep a journal of sx and date for your dr.
