Hey, I'm 63, and I just bought my first stand up mixer and I'm learning how to bake and cook.

And I try and sharpen my memory all the time. They say doing puzzles helps firing the neurons of the brain.

The other day I found myself doing 3 things at the same time. I kid you not. I was brushing my teeth, and because this takes more than 2 minutes I said "why not wash the bathroom mirror with the other hand?

I did it. I also did something else at the same time but I can't remember!!
