I appreciate your reply, but you did not address the first part of my question,
which was:



"I have been taking Jarrow's Methyl B-12 5000 MCG chewable tablets on a daily basis for some time now for small fiber neuropathy.

However, I recently noted on the bottle that Jarrow states that the dosage is only one tablet every three to four days.

Am I wasting this by taking one tablet every day, when in fact I only need to take one tablet every three to four days?"
