I see a chiropractor every other week for what I'll call "routine maintenance". For me, my SFPN has caused my muscles and joints to be quite stiff and weak. It effects me head to toe. With the level of inactivity that comes with my condition, everything is just kind of stiff.
Going to the Chiropractor is a huge help. I also get a massage along with it, and even try to do that weekly. They might not be able to "fix" the problem, but they are able to do for me is to keep everything "moving", where I can no longer do that through my regular (limited) activity. I find it to really improve my quality of life and help relieve some of that stiffness. I'm sure I'm avoiding other problems/issues that might arise if I wasn't doing this (like circulatory issue). I think it's worth a try ....
