Special blood test for prostate.
'PSA-4' or something similar
(I can't remember.)
This test would indicate whether a cell sample is necessary. But it is not 100% indicator. Digital exam necessary also.
My cousin just had to have his prostate removed a month ago because of a positive test for CA and is recuperating from the surgery. Fortunately he was OK enough to come for Thanksgiving dinner with the family last Thurs.
