My injury was in August 2002. I had returned to work sporadically several times but the company would not comply with my restrictions. I just don't know what to expect. Does this mean the end of my disability payments? I have not been covered by the company's regular insurance since about 2004, when I got bad advice from the company hotline and they dropped the insurance coverage then. I am a thirty year employee of the company. Does this mean that I lose the WC coverage too? I am really devastated about this, and I know that I need to be in a better frame of mind since I am about nine days away from a SCS trial.
