After doing some reading, I am curious to know if anyone else has ever had a viral condition known as pleurodynia, or Bornholms disease, aka 'Devil's Grip'? It causes severe pain from fluid in the lining of the lung. I was hospitalized for diagnosis after having pain too severe to ignore in my side. This occurred back in the 70's.

It is caused by the Coxsackie virus and people usually fully recover in several days.
