Wasw talking to a friend today who suffers from CFS, and he had a Drl. pass on research to him showing that working to exhaustion ( a state MG patients know well) actually lowers brain perfusion for up to 48 hours afterward. That will absolutely impact mental performance. He is supposed to get me the link or pdf of the research, when I get it, will share here. Makes it even more important to find our zone and attempt to live there.
