One could say poor methodology... Big Pharma lobbyists,
or whatever.
There are just so many papers saying the reverse! But you KNOW this one will get TV coverage and be everywhere.
I am going to continue with my 5,000 IU daily.

I love how they utterly fail to mention you can get PLENTY of D3 from kale, which actually has more calcium in it, and better absorbed, than milk! Not to mention all those phyto properties of kale that are so good for us. Our government keeps pushing grains and dairy, grains and dairy, when paper after paper shows we do better eating veggies and fruits.
I doubt few folks reading that will realize the important thing is YOUR body's D3 levels, regardless of how much you have to take to get there. Someone may need to take 10,000IU to have a ng level of 60, someone else might only have to take 200IU. And BTW, I have several friends who have gone through breast cancer and all of them had low D3.
Again, ugh is all I can say.
