Annie59, I notice a difference when I eat brocolli, too, or any dark green leafy vegetable. Organic greens seem to have a bigger effect on the way I feel, so I try to buy organic.

Nuts make a difference for my memory, too, although they are so expensive I don't always eat them. Some nuts have Omega-3s.

I have been taking fish oil for the Omega-3 about 3 months now and I really can't tell a difference in the way I feel. I am going to continue anyway because my diet is lacking in Omega-3's. The fish here is generlly low quality except for tilapia which I don't think has Omega-3...I do miss eating fish, but I don't like the way it looks, not fresh enough for me.

Chlorella? I'll look that one up, I don't know what it is. Thanks Annie B.
