Hello!
I recently realized this forum was here...I've been hanging out in the MG forum for over a year now. Nutrition plays a big part in reducing my MG symptoms.
I have stopped eating processed foods and eat as much organic as I can...huge difference in the way I feel. Making lots of soups, found this is a good way to put in greens and other vegetables I don't normally eat and the soup tastes great.
Bison is great, I wish it weren't so expensive. I love to eat wild game meat such as deer and elk, but can't go hunting now so that is not an option. I don't eat beef but eat other meats occasionally.
I am working on expanding my garden.
This year I grew squash and have been making homemade squash pies (taste like pumpkin pies).
I look forward to reading more in this forum.
