I remember her coffee maker. I had one just like it. And yes, she named hers Joe! I never named mine.
It's a good brand and made good coffee but it conked out after a few years. Probably a combination of me not taking good care of it and age (the coffee maker's age....not mine). It was a Hamilton Beach Brewstation.
