Well, it's advisable to check with your primary doctor every single time you contemplate taking something new. And it's good to only take ONE new thing at a time, in case you do have adverse effects.

There are many beneficial effects of chlorella, such as the potential to help with cancer, but studies are still ongoing. It has been used for centuries by other countries, without studies.

No one should "blindly" take anything without thorough research and a discussion with their doctor. After that, it's up to each individual to decide what they want to do.

Chicken soup is good for my immune system and I don't need a study to tell me that. And I'm not worried about it hurting me, since I've eaten it for years with no problems. But if you haven't tried something, you do need to consciously think about what it can do for or "to" you.

Back to the topic . . . memory problems can be serious, such as Alzheimer's or simply due to a lack of sleep. Again, check with your doctors, in case it isn't the MG.
