Do a Google search. You will find many different answers but the percentages are about the same. Federal is
country wide not state specific.
If you are going before the
FEDERAL appeals coouncil I strongly suggest that you have a chit chat w/your attorney about your concerns.
Your attorney works for
YOU not the other way around.
He/she should be addressing your concerns about your chances.
