I wish I could go gluten free but can not afford it. In my city any gluten free products are expensive. Also since I am at the point where cooking isnt much of an option given how poorly my hands and arms work (and on my feet more for doing it) preparing my own stuff isnt happening. I am sure I would benenfit I just cant see how to do it.
About the individual issues yes that is important to bear in mind. It sounds like my homemaker read your list as she mentioned my high salt intake. But I have POTS and until my internist told me to increase my salt I was weaker and would get this events that were pretty scary. This was discovered by accident when my daughter mentioned how I rally when I get IV fluids.
