1) auto immune hypothyroid
2) inablility to eat wheat
3) a relative with Barretts esophagus
4) questionable absorbtion of nutrition
This is screaming celiac disease to me, please check it out!
Also, fasting blood sugars are NOT the gold standard in diabetes testing,
they can remain normal long after the post prandial are not.
