The medicare website has a good site to evaluate plans. Depends on what your needs are you can pick an HMO or stay with traditional medicare. With traditional medicare you pay 20% co-pay unless you qualify for Medicaid whcih most people toatally reliant on SSDI qualify for then you are 100% covered, Traditional coverage allows you to pick your own doctors, no referrals, It's what I have. Kaiser is the highest rated HMO plan if your state has them, I would recommend that for HMO,
