Giving it a go for a few months may be worth your family's while however.

My Mom has tested me an hour later. I absolutely believe that celiac or SOME food related inflamation has affected my Dad and my brother- But though they may watch their diets sometimes, they love to cheat big time and don't seem to make the connection. Christmas will be a dietary disaster even though I will provide good things for all to eat. They will insist on enjoying all the traditional deserts and they love bread. My daughter and I cook whole grain non-gluten quinoa, wild rice salads, etc, but they will eat those happily and still bring along extra foods no one needs. Mom and I are much more aware of the consequences of eating the wrong things and are normally vigilant. I am still learning about the subject, but it helps that I feel noticeably better and don't want to mess that up. Last night I watched a series of helpful youtube videos from the celiac disease center at Columbia University: .
