Hate to be a bug about this point but have you had your vit D tested and are sure it is high enough for you. For you means the tables dont mean diddly so get your number and do some research. And get the right test. My doc mistakenly ordered the wrong test this past week. He ordered the di hydroxy not the hydroxy one (I think I spelled that right).

Nothing will make my knees change faster than when my vit D is down too much. It hits the proximal muscles, the ones closest to the body so for me that is the thighs and upper arms. Right now I can't even lift my left arm as I am lower leaving the least use of left arm open a door or curtain hurts and is worsening the shoulder injury. For the knees, since it's making my thighs weaker it feels like my legs are gonna give out when I get up and poor knees hurt. I personally need over 45 for a vit D number and perfer how amazing my strengh and health is at 60.
