Since MG affects all of the skeletal muscles and they are what "hold up" our skeleton, you should expect that any of the bones/joints may be affected by MG. If you use your trunk muscles a lot, the joints in your spine might be compressed more. If you continue to have problems, you might want to consider physical therapy. It might only be a temporary problem from overuse of your leg muscles but anything that persists could benefit from PT.

One thing you can look for in any muscle group are sore spots, where the muscle is in spasm/contracting. Kneading those areas like you would bread dough really does help make it better.
