my aunt is doing LA diet- it is not helping her to lose at all.
she also is diagnosed as diabetic.
and yes she said it was very expensive.

my mom was the one that told her to try it--just by watching the commercials!
if I would have known she was going to join-I would have checked it out before she did so.
