I just looked on the test results the doctor gave me a copy of and they were 160. He said that was considered on the high side of normal. I've continued with the same diet I'd been on......no salt, low fat, low carbs and mostly organic. I've got to go back for a retest before the end of the year. We'll see what that one says. Oh, and the other one was a fasting test, too.

Edit to add: I was also on HBP medication prior to this test being done. My BP had come way down so he took me off of that med. I'm wondering if that med (Lisinopril) might have been a contributing factor.
