Ok...I'm reading this book and am on day two of the first 17 day regimen.
I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. Green tea isn't as awful as I expected it to be...thank goodness because you drink a lot of it. And you eat fruit twice a day and a container of yogurt twice a day. LOTS of fish, chicken..they say "eat PLENTY of fish..or chicken" not comfortable with
what plenty means...I'll know more in a week or so ...we'll see what the scale says. I am not recommending this yet.
The exercise CD.....well let's just say that I'm too old to behave that way.
My balance isn't all that great when marching in place let alone lunging!
I also sent away for something that appeared on yahoo this morning...free trial offer of South Beach Java and Lean Spa w/Acai. It made incredible claims....
I just really needed to try something new...am sick of counting grams of carbo.
