These are the most likely to cause elevations (notice how Accutane is not listed, and it is the WORST offender).

I've been taking ACE inhibitors for years, and they never seem to affect my readings. But I did use a beta blocker before that, and that is when my levels WERE higher too. They were also higher back when I was hypothyroid and not treated yet.

To get a good reading it should be fasting.
