HI pam,
Are you able to get some sort of exercise? I know that will help speed up your metabolism and help with the constipation issues.
also drinking 8-10 glasses of water. Eating a high fiber diet helps keep you full.
zyprexa is notorious for causing weight gain....which can lead to diabetes.
I take geodon which is weight neutral, in fact I have been able to lose weight while taking large doses of geodon.
any way you can switch meds?
