But you know, there are people with 500 walking around commonly. I've been told by some nurses, that they can see the fats rise to the top of the test tube when drawing blood.

And healthy kids, taking Accutane (the acne drug) can have readings over 1000+ !!!

Mine vary from 150-170... they used to be 375! But when I started fish oil they went way down.

So you are basically normal, on the high end. The krill oil will help. I wouldn't worry too much about it at this time.
