Isn't there some PT they can do to help with the incision pain & sensitivities?

I'm thinking maybe some low level laser therapy - to help with the healing and scar tissue. Also called cold laser or soft laser. My chiro uses it for those stubborn sore areas and it works great. Elbow soreness fixed, shoulder fixed, foot pain helped a lot, wrist fixed.
Or therapeutic massage.
