Default Parkinson's treatment: India or the US?

My mother was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2006. As expected, the illness has progressively worsened. At the moment, she is on a regiment of L-dopa and Ibu Profen and her on-time varies from 4-5 hours a day. She is has just turned 65. Most of her symptoms are in the form of rigidity and lack of balance, not too much with the tremors.

My question: For various reasons, I have choice between living in the US and India, and therefore, treating my mother in either of the places?

Considering the cost of medicine, domestic help and care (massage at home on a daily basis, etc.), would it better to live in India or does the availability of modern technology and Medicare (which she can now avail, we had no insurance previously) outweigh the advantages of India?

Anyone with any experience with health care in India and the US might be able to help me with this. Appreciate your time.

Thanks
